We respect the privacy of those who access and/or use the Site ('you', 'your', 'user' or collectively 'users') and are committed to protecting the personally identifiable information we collect. By using this website, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and privacy policies. It is your responsibility to read them carefully before using this website. 

WHAT WE DO

We are a company that sells paper goods and stationery, both retail and wholesale, and creates custom items such as wedding invitations and pet portraits.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES 

Due to the personalized nature of the items on Site, refunds will not be given. 
If you receive your order, and it was damaged during shipping customer must reach out within five business days of receiving over. Order will be replaced with photo proof of damage.

Any possible reprint charges incurred after client's final artwork approval will be at the expense of the buyer. Proofread diligently before giving final approval.

SHIPPING

International Customers: Any additional fees that are in inquired through buyer's country's customs law will be at the expense of the buyer. Site does not take responsibility for any additional customs fees. Please check with your country's shipping laws before purchasing.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All images, copy, designs, graphics, trademarks, and service marks are owned by and property of Slate + Brush Design Studio, or the attributed party. It is a violation of federal law to use any Slate + Brush Design Studio intellectual property in whole or in part, and modification of any materials contained on this site is illegal and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible should we choose to do so. This includes asking for financial damages are/or an injunction forcing you to stop using our intellectual property immediately. 

You may use our intellectual property with clear and obvious credit back to our site, as well link back to the page where the materials, designs, images, text, quote or post is located when it is appropriate to do so. However, you may never claim any of our intellectual property as you own or your unique creations, even with attribution. 

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this Privacy Policy changes, we will post all changes in an amended version with a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT 

We collect and manage two types of information. The first type is personal information that you actively choose to disclose ("Active Information") and the second type is anonymous aggregate information collected in a manner not visible to you or others visiting the Site ("Passive Information").

You may continue to receive email communications from us for up to ten (10) days from the time we receive your unsubscribe request. Please note that we can only control our own mailing list and policies.
